    • Yes, all material is tracked when issued to your specific job.

  • Can you provide a Certificate of Compliance?

    • Yes, upon request we can certify that we have made the parts to your design.

  • Can you prototype parts for me?

    • Yes, while we are not a “prototype shop”, we offer our customers first article approval parts and prototypes as they finalize their production parts.

  • Do you have higher level quality certification?

    • Yes, we are ISO 9001:2015, registered with Eagle Registrations,ANAB accredited.
    • We are approved thru JCP (the Joint Certification Program for Canadian and American contractors).
    • We are actively working on CMMC compliance per NIST 800-171

  • How long have you been providing laser services?

    • We are the first laser job shop in the country tracing our start to 1972 when we bought a ruby laser to drill holes in diamonds.

  • Do you do contract manufacturing?

    • Yes, we offer several ways to do this for our customers:
      • Discreet PO’s 
      • Blanket PO’s with release schedules
      • Parts stocking, released as needed to our customer.

  • What is your specialty?

    • We do our best when we can develop a relationship with our customer and provide them a recurring list of parts.
    • Because we offer a full slate of manufacturing services, we are good at parts that require more than one operation.

  • Do you supply parts for the military?

    • Yes, we work with DLA & DSC and the Naval Surface Warfare Center as well as military contractors providing parts and systems.

  • Do you deliver?

    • Yes we offer delivery on our own trucks within a two hour radius of Huntertown Indiana.  And utilize UPS and LTL for customers outside that area. 

  • How will I receive my parts?

    • We can provide parts several ways: bulk packed on skids or in boxes, layer- packed with foam or paper, or individually packaged.
